GA4 Migration & Analytics Audit — Full Setup & Custom Reporting

We migrated from Universal Analytics to GA4 nine months ago but our implementation is broken — events are misfiring, conversions are being double-counted, and we have no e-commerce tracking. We need a GA4 expert to audit the full implementation via DebugView and Realtime reports, fix all event and conversion tracking issues via Google Tag Manager, implement GA4 e-commerce tracking for our Shopify store, build 6 custom Looker Studio reports for weekly exec review, configure audience lists for Google Ads remarketing, and document everything in a tracking plan. Must be certified in GA4 and have done at least 5 previous GA4 implementations on e-commerce sites.
