Tech stack is Bubble.io with Stripe connect for escrow payments, SendGrid for transactional email, and Google Maps, API for location search. Core features needed; user registration with role selection (providers vs homeowner), provider profile pages with ratings and portafolio, job request and quoting flow, Stripe Connect escrow with milestone releases, in-app messaging, and admin panel reporting. Must have shipped at least one Bubble.io marketplace before, share live examples in your proposal.
