Data Analyst - Build Tableau Sales Dashboard from Scratch

Our sales team of 34 reps is flying behind, we have all our CRM data in Salesforce and HubSpot, but not unified reporting. We need a Tableau expert to connect both data sources, clean and model the data, and build an executive sales dashboard showing pipeline health, rep performance metrics, deal velocity, win/loss rates by industry and deal size, and monthly revenue forecasts. The dashboard must be filterable by region, product line, and time period. Training session for our ops team required upon delivery.
